Job summary

Globaltize seeks a remote Customer Success/Sales Associate in Brazil to answer inbound calls, explain clinic programs and memberships, and guide sign-ups over the phone. You will use scheduling software to book client appointments and maintain a clinic calendar, while building strong relationships with prospective clients.

Contribute to marketing outreach as needed and support the team with coordination and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Minimum 3–5 years in customer service or sales, preferably US market oriented.
• Experience in medical/healthcare industry is preferred.
• Ability to close deals conversationally and maintain professional phone etiquette.
