What will you do:

  • Manage B2B customer relationships;
  • Onboard new clients and users;
  • Retain clients through NPS;
  • Identify upsell opportunities and product upgrades;
  • Conduct Customer Business Reviews (CBRs);
  • Analyze data and reports;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across teams;
  • Meet KPIs such as NPS, Health Checks, CBRs, and lead generation.

What do you need to have:

  • Availability to work in a hybrid model, with 2 days onsite (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) at our office located in Av. Paulista (Consolação) and the rest remote, from 9 am to 6 pm;
  • Intermediate to advanced conversational English to work with the global team;
  • Previous experience in customer success.
