What you will do:
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, guiding onboarding, success planning, and ongoing optimization of Cymulate solutions.
  • Act as a trusted cybersecurity advisor, providing best practices, insights into emerging threats, and guidance on leveraging Cymulate's platform to improve security posture.
  • Proactively educate customers on functional capabilities, new features, and upgrades aligned with their business needs and security goals.
  • Measure and report on customers' achievement of key performance indicators.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Cymulate's usage within the customer's organization.
  • Gather feedback to help develop and improve the product by identifying recurring issues and feature requests.
What you will have:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, project management, or consultative roles, especially managing enterprise accounts in cybersecurity.
  • Fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
  • Experience in cybersecurity with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience as a cybersecurity consultant is advantageous.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to make independent decisions.
  • Proven success in building long-term relationships with enterprise clients, fostering trust, and exceeding retention and growth targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
