I’m helping 4XDigital AI find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Customer Success Manager.

You'll drive customer success for AI-powered advertising, optimizing campaigns and shaping new features.

Compensation:

USD 800 - 1.5K/month.

Location:

Remote (anywhere).

What makes you a strong candidate:

  • You have 2+ years of experience in customer success, digital marketing, and SaaS (Software as a Service).
  • You are proficient in customer communication, data analysis, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • English - Fully fluent.

Responsibilities and more:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our platform customers, working closely with them to ensure their ad campaigns are performing at their best while driving adoption of our solution within their platform. You will also collaborate with our product and tech teams to refine and build AI-powered advertising workflows that delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned platform customers, ensuring their ads powered by 4XDigital are performing effectively.
  • Drive adoption and usage of our AI-powered advertising solutions within platform customers’ merchant bases, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Analyze campaign performance across Google and Meta ads, providing actionable insights and recommendations to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with the product and tech teams to provide feedback from the field, contributing to the design and development of innovative advertising workflows and features.
  • Develop strong relationships with customer stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and met proactively.
  • Create clear, concise, and effective communication, including documentation, reports, and presentations to both internal and external audiences.
  • Educate and train platform customers on how to get the most value from 4XDigital’s advertising tools, ensuring their merchants achieve success.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, with a strong understanding of digital advertising best practices.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer success or client-facing role within an ad tech, SaaS, or digital marketing company.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for simplifying complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product and tech teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • A passion for helping customers succeed and a commitment to building long-term relationships.

Fully remote.
