Virtustant is a 100% remote staffing company connecting Latin America and South Africa with US businesses. We seek a Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our clients, helping customers by phone, email and chat on US business hours from Brazil.

Requirements include 1+ year of customer service, Advanced English (C1) with clear pronunciation, empathy and problem-solving, plus comfort with help desk tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Advanced English (C1 or higher) with clear pronunciation.
• Empathy, patience and a problem-solving attitude.
• Comfortable with help desk tools and CRM systems.
• Quiet workspace, headset and reliable internet connection.
