R1 RCM is seeking a Patient Registration Customer Service Representative for the Ascension St. Vincent Clay ED. You’ll be the friendly first face patients meet at check-in, guiding them through the registration process and answering questions with empathy.

No healthcare background? No problem. We’ll train you—this role is a launchpad for a growing healthcare career, with ongoing learning and support from clinicians and staff.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong customer service experience
• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and meet vaccination requirements

As a Patient Registration Customer Service Representative in Patient Registration, you will be the first friendly face patients meet when they check into the hospital. You’ll:

• Help patients navigate the registration process
• Answer questions with confidence, clarity, and compassion

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $14.50 - $18.99 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
