Qualificações

  • Experiência em indústrias de bens de consumo é um diferencial.
  • Disponibilidade para viagens internacionais (70% do tempo).

Responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver planejamento de negócios conjuntos com varejistas principais.
  • Gerenciar o orçamento de promoções.
  • Visitas comerciais bissetrais com distribuidores para implementação de programas de vendas.

Hershey is hiring a Customer Sales Executive to work in São Paulo, in a hybrid format.

Reporting to the Country Manager, the Customer Sales Executive position will be responsible to lead and implement strategic sales plans in Chile to achieve Sell In and Sell Out targets, assuring long term growth and profitably, increasing market share, based on Distributor procedures. Also responsible for joint business planning with KA in Chile to drive volume, profit and share growth of the total Hershey’s Portfolio. Also, responsible for managing the annual promotional budget is used to negotiate new item listings, special consumer deals, secondary locations, features and/or in-store activities that will drive the overall growth and strategy in key customers via the distributor.

DAILY ACTIVITIES

  • Develop joint business planning with Chilean Top Retailers to drive volume, profit and share growth of the total Hershey’s Portfolio, based on country strategy.
  • Participate in all Top Retailers meetings with Distributor KAMs
  • Lead the presentation of new items/portfolio in Key Accounts (launches/innovations) and coordinate internal processes to assure excellence in execution.
  • Lead the seasons meetings with Key Accounts to assure the on-time implementation of the seasons.
  • Biweekly Trade Visits with Distributor KAMs, to supervise the execution of sales programs in POS, adjusting as necessary to deliver results and provide sales updates to business partner’s field operations group.
  • Monitor implementation of the monthly activities planned, capturing success learnings, competitor’s activities and required adjustments to continuously improve the proposed activities for top seasons and innovation.
  • Efficiently control the Hershey budget, monitoring and validating the investments in each activity. Analyze, propose, and activate promotions for each type of customer / segment, with the objective of generating profitable growth in sell out and Market Share.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any course is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in the consumer goods industries is a plus.
  • An Intermediate Office Suite is necessary.
  • Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory.
  • Availability for recurring international travel (70% of the time).
