Nokia is seeking a Customer Engineering Intern in Brazil (Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo). You will translate customer requirements into Nokia IP solutions, generate quotations, and map logistics with BoM to support ERP ordering and order execution.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical support during implementation, and gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge IP technologies in a hybrid work setup.

Competenze

• Pursuing a degree in telecommunications, software, computer or electronics engineering.
• Strong verbal and written English, ability to communicate with clients.
• Practical knowledge of IP networking is a plus.

Education Recommendations: Students pursuing degrees in Telecommunications, Software, Computer, Electronics, or similar Engineering disciplines.

• Convert commercial configurations into logistical items for ERP ordering and ensure smooth order execution with detailed hardware and software lists.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Business Development, Deployment, and Integration to support operational efficiency.
• Provide technical support during implementation to guarantee customer satisfaction and successful delivery.
• Respect company and academic institution rules while contributing proactively and gaining hands‑on experience with cutting‑edge IP technologies.

Key Skills And Experience

• Proficiency in Office 365 tools, especially Excel and Power BI.
• Fluency in English for effective communication with customers and internal teams.
• Technical knowledge in telecommunications engineering or related fields.
