HY Brazil Itu is hiring a CRM Developer II to own Salesforce administration, ensuring performance, stability, and scalability. You will manage users, access controls, and configurations while building reports and automation to drive insights and efficiency.

Apply expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Visualforce, and REST/SOAP integrations to tailor Service Cloud and collaborate with stakeholders across the business. This role requires strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication.

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce experience in a System Administrator role.
• Strong experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Visualforce.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and automation tools.
• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with tools such as VS Code, Workbench, Data Loader, and ANT.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Knowledge of SQL, XML, and JavaScript for integrations and data handling
• Experience working in agile or cross‑functional environments
