O papel envolve liderar campanhas, mapear jornadas, criar automações multicanal e colaborar com times para segmentação e recomendações de produto. Formação complementar será valorizada, com benefício de plano de saúde, PPR e incentivos.

Qualificações

• Bacharelado concluído ou em curso em Marketing, Comunicações, Negócios, Engenharia ou áreas afins.
• Experiência em Marketing, CRM, Vendas ou Data.
• Mentalidade orientada a dados, forte visão de negócio e mindset de crescimento.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar estratégias de comunicação para aquisição de clientes através de CRM.
• Analisar comportamento de usuários e jornadas, identificando oportunidades e melhorias.
• Projetar e executar testes A/B, gerenciando com precisão controles de teste.

At Marketing, our goal is to strengthen our brand and build long-term relationships with our customers. In this role, you will work across CRM and CRO, with a strong focus on data, experimentation, and results.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead communication strategies focused on customer acquisition across different products (CRM);
• Analyze user and customer behavior and their journeys, identifying opportunities and suggesting improvements;
• Design and implement A/B tests and properly manage control groups, avoiding double or multiple exposure to different tests;
• Create automated customer journeys across different channels, including Push Notifications, Email, WhatsApp, and SMS, ensuring optimal delivery, open, click-through, and conversion rates;
• Partner with other teams to create accurate customer segments and product recommendations;
• Ensure a high NPS by delivering the most relevant and effective communications to our users.
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or related fields;
• Experience in Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Sales, or Data;
• Data-driven mindset, strong business acumen, and a growth-oriented mindset.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of leading CRM platforms, such as HubSpot, Insider One, among others;
• Knowledge of Swipe Pages;
• Advanced English;
• Enthusiasm for working in the financial markets industry.
