Creative Designer (Marketing Assets, Visual Design, Digital Assets)

Responsibilities

1. Design marketing assets across various formats: landing pages, ads, short videos, social graphics, and web visuals.
2. Create polished, on-brand presentations using Google Slides and PowerPoint.
3. Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and project leads to bring concepts to life.
4. Contribute to video projects through storyboarding, visual design, light animation, and editing.
5. Apply brand guidelines consistently while introducing modern design solutions.
6. Iterate quickly based on feedback and shifting priorities.
7. Stay updated with creative trends, digital formats, and AI-powered design tools.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of experience in digital or creative design roles within an agency or fast-paced marketing environment.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing marketing-focused work: campaigns, ads, decks, landing pages, short videos.
3. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects).
4. Confidence in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy for digital and presentation formats.
5. Experience with Webflow or HTML5 ad tools (like Adobe Animate) is a plus.
6. Familiarity with tools like Descript, Goldcast, or automation platforms like Bannerflow.
7. Highly organized, proactive, and adept at managing multiple projects.
