• Prepare daily meals for approximately 20 employees, in accordance with management guidelines;
• Hygienically clean, cut, season, and cook food, respecting food safety standards and good handling practices;
• Manage inventory control and assist with purchasing ingredients and supplies;
• Organize and maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and pantry, including utensils and equipment used in meal preparation;
• Ensure proper food storage, observing expiration dates and appropriate conservation conditions.
