You’ll act as both a technical leader and hands‑on contributor, ensuring our core systems are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with company goals. This role combines team leadership, architectural ownership, and cross‑functional collaboration with Product and Design.

• Building trust and rapport with your team through effective 1:1s and mentorship
• Taking ownership of core systems and contributing directly to feature delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and learning

Requirements

• 6–8 years of software development experience, ideally in full‑stack systems
• 2–3 years as a Tech Lead in a B2B SaaS company or fast‑scaling startup
• Strong coding background, with 1–2 years of experience in Python and React
• Proven ability to mentor and support engineers’ professional growth
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product‑driven development
• Comfortable with AWS products
• Advanced English (C1 or C2), both written and spoken
