MatchPoint Solutions is hiring a Controls Integration Engineer in Betim, MG (remote/hybrid/on-site). You will contribute to feature development for vehicle control algorithms and interface with calibration to meet requirements.

You will work with cross-functional teams, use tools like Matlab/Simulink, ETAS INCA, HIL and dyno, and participate in the V-model software process to assure quality and robust production algorithms.

Job Title: Controls Integration Engineer

Location: (Remote / Hybrid / On-site City, Country) Betim, MG

Employment Type: (Full-time / Part-time / Contract) FTE

Pay Range: 8000-11,00 BRL

Note: There are two positions Jr and Sr. Salary will depend on yrs of exp.

The Controls Engineer is responsible for new feature development, and enhancements to existing algorithms. The Engineer will work closely with a cross functional team, utilizing various tools (vehicle, HIL, Dyno, Virtual, rapid prototyping) through the V-model software development process to ensure quality and robustness of the production algorithms. The role of the Controls engineer is to interface with systems and calibration to fully understand the requirements, develop implementation strategies, assess, and document the impacts against regulatory requirements, markup models and ensure the design meets functional/operational requirements, and validate the design during the production process.

Technical Skills:

1.Essential:

• Automotive systems: Control Systems, ECU, Hydraulic system, Electric physics, combustion physics; Electrified Engine
• Working Experience in Matlab and Simulink;
• Working experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / G[1]suite);

2.Mandatory Knowledge:

• ETAS INCA;
• Problem Solving techniques (DFMEA, DFSS, DVPR, Reactive methods);
• HIL, dyno, vehicle-testing experience.

3.Expected knowledge:

• C+ Programming;
• AGILE/Scrum;
• Application Life cycle management tools(RTC/ALM);
• Development processes, procedures, and architectures (aSPICE, PLE, AUTOSAR, vehicle functional safety)
