Contract Manager

Skills:

• Proven experience working with domestic and international contracts for complex projects;
• Proven experience handling complex project contracts during their execution phase;
• Knowledge of contractual language for complex projects;
• Familiarity with global/regional customs, duties, and Brazilian taxes is a plus;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Good analytical skills and conceptual thinking to solve contractual problems, keen on details and record keeping;
• Interpersonal skills to understand how your work relates and integrates within the project team, with other teams, and contributes to the area, in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support project team with contracts, leading drafting and negotiation of contractual documents, changes, claims, correspondences, substantiation, and record keeping;
• Coordinate project aspects with legal, tax, finance, and insurance departments;
• Negotiate with clients and contractors;
• Actively lead claim/arbitration matters.

Mandatory requirements:

• University degree in Law, Engineering, or Business Administration;
• 5-10 years of professional experience;
• Leadership skills;
• Availability for domestic and international travel;
• Advanced oral and written proficiency in English and Spanish.
