Job summary

Magic EdTech is seeking a Content Project Manager for English Language Learning (ELL) projects. You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinating with client, internal teams, and vendors to ensure on-time, budget-aligned, quality content.

This 12-month contract requires 40 hours per week with a monthly rate of $1,500. Prior ELL/publishing PM experience, vendor management, and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PM experience in ELL or education publishing.
• Experience managing vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Lean, or similar.
• Proficient in Smartsheet and Excel.
• Excellent planning, prioritization, and problem-solving.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Content Project Manager to support English Language Learning (ELL) projects in 2026. This role owns end-to-end project delivery, working closely with Client, internal teams and external vendors to ensure content is delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

Contract & Compensation

It is a 12 month contract with 40 hours of weekly commitment, Monthly Rate: $1,500

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of project management experience, MUST be in ELL or education publishing
• Experience managing vendors and cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, or similar)
• Proficiency in Smartsheet and Excel
• Strong planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment

Education

• PMP /PMI certification will be an added advantage
