They focus primarily on adapting global content for local markets, while supporting local brand content where needed, using the tools, capabilities and processes defined by the central team. Diageo teams lead the studio, while agency partners deliver creative adaptation and production.The Regional Content Operations Lead manages content demand and delivery for assigned categories across markets. This role is the day-to-day link between market and brand teams and the agency delivery team, reviewing briefs, challenging low-value requests, maximising reuse, choosing the right delivery route and ensuring assets are delivered on time and ready for approval, storage and reuse.**Key Accountabilities*** Manage content demand and delivery for assigned categories, with a primary focus on adapting GBT assets for market use.* Review and clarify briefs from markets and brand teams, challenging unclear, duplicated or low-value asks and improving briefing quality over time.* Check for reuse before production and decide the most efficient route: reuse, GBT asset adaptation, Pencil/AI production, agency production or new-to-world only where truly needed.* Translate market needs into clear agency briefs, including assets, formats, mandatories, timelines, approval needs, delivery route and creative direction.* Guide the agency on workflows, templates, production approach and adaptation requirements, reviewing outputs where needed to ensure they are fit for purpose.* Track status, risks and missing inputs through the Planning & Briefing Platform, escalating issues and ensuring final assets are ready for approval, storage, tagging and reuse.**Key Competencies**1. Brand Activation**Qualifications and Experience Required*** **CONTENT DELIVERY EXPERIENCE:** 6+ years of experience in content delivery, creative operations, marketing operations, agency account management, brand management, production or regional marketing.* **CREATIVE JUDGMENT:** Strong in-house or creative agency background, with the ability to understand briefs, judge outputs, provide clear feedback and bridge brand teams and agency partners.* **BRIEFING & ADAPTATION EXPERTISE:** Strong understanding of content briefing, reuse, adaptation, production workflows, approval requirements and market delivery needs.* **AI & TOOL KNOWLEDGE:** Good working knowledge of AI-enabled production, Pencil or similar tools, DAM/Libraries and content planning platforms.* **PROJECT MANAGEMENT:** Able to manage multiple briefs, deadlines, stakeholders and agency workflows at the same time.* **PUSHBACK & EXECUTION:** Detail-oriented and confident challenging weak briefs or unnecessary new creation, with focus on speed, reuse, cost efficiency, quality and market service.**Diversity statement:**Our purpose is crafting iconic drinks chosen for life’s moments.
