Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Brazil in São Paulo seeks a Senior SAP SD Consultant to help transform client SAP landscapes and support revenue processes. This role emphasizes deep SAP SD knowledge, handling complex sales/logistics, and working on Brazilian Tax Reform projects.

Qualificações

• Experience with SAP SD in complex sales and logistics.
• Experience on Brazilian Tax Reform projects.
• Advanced English and intermediate Spanish.
• Excellent communication, analytical, negotiation, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and solve complex problems.

Responsabilidades

• Support SAP SD activities related to Brazilian Tax Reform.
• Ensure project schedules, procedures, and SLAs.
• Mentor junior and mid-level consultants.
• Identify and escalate complex issues with proper information transfer.
• Keep activities updated and communicate clearly with users.
• Document recurring solutions and contribute to knowledge base updates.

• Experience with SAP SD;

• Experience working on Brazilian Tax Reform projects;

• Ability to work autonomously and solve complex problems.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager;
• Knowledge of SAP FI, MM, and LES-TRA;
• ABAP knowledge for reading code and creating functional specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SAP SD activities related to Brazilian Tax Reform;
• Ensure compliance with project schedules, operational procedures, and service-level agreements;
• Mentor junior and mid-level consultants;
• Identify and elevate complex issues when necessary, ensuring the proper transfer of information and evidence;
• Keep activities properly updated and communicate clearly with users;
• Document recurring solutions and contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge-base updates.
