Lercara Investimentos, located in São Paulo, Brazil, is seeking a proactive and communicative Business Consultant with an entrepreneurial spirit to sell consortia products in one of the largest administrative companies in Brazil.

Position Details

Type of Contract: PJ

Area: Sales / Commercial

Responsibilities
  1. Active prospecting of clients (online and face-to-face)
  2. Consultative service to understand client needs
  3. Personalized presentation of consortia (real estate, vehicles, investments)
  4. Follow-up with clients until closing
  5. Post-sale and client retention
  6. Previous experience in sales (preferably in consortia, insurance, real estate, or financial services)
  7. Good communication and negotiation skills
  8. Organization and result-oriented focus
  9. Basic knowledge of digital tools (WhatsApp Business, CRM, social media, etc.)
  10. Experience with external sales and consultative service
  11. Active client portfolio
  12. Autonomous and resilient profile
  13. Attractive commissions with potential for high earnings
