We're looking for someone who dares to take the lead with us.

Collect and analyze business requirements to produce functional and technical specifications, to be validated and signed off by the customer (business stakeholders). For this opportunity, fluency in English is essential, as the professional will work daily with colleagues from around the world.

We are looking for professionals based in Europe, preferably in locations within the same time zone as the UK.

Candidates from other regions are welcome to apply, provided they are available and willing to work in the client’s time zone.

A Brazilian CNPJ is required, and the professional must be able to issue invoices for payment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Understand business problems in order to define the required functionality

Engage with business stakeholders to gather domain knowledge

Understand and adhere to data policies

Perform data profiling and assess data quality

Define testing criteria and standards

Align and support end-to-end progress tracking and reporting

Collaborate with Testers and Data Modelers to ensure deliverables meet business requirements

Requirements and Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience working on dashboard and/or software development projects, including:

Eliciting and documenting requirements (e.g., creating functional specifications with functional and non-functional requirements)

Supporting System Integration Testing (SIT), including test script preparation, result documentation, defect reporting, etc.

Facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including result documentation, defect reporting, user approval, etc.

Experience in drafting sketches or prototypes of dashboards is a plus

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile project delivery, including:

Managing product backlogs and sprints

Writing detailed user stories and logging bugs

Experience with Azure DevOps Boards is a plus

Solid understanding of data modelling concepts (conceptual, logical, physical) and architectures (e.g., Ralph Kimball or Bill Inmon)

Experience with Power BI development is a plus — ideally, building fully functional dashboards integrated with Azure Analysis Services (AAS) datasets
