Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or Masters, MBA or PhD with an engineering background.
• Proven experience in upstream Oil and Gas operations, including exploration, production, and reservoir management.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to untangle complex issues.
• Strong logical reasoning and creative thinking skills.
• Quantitative aptitude.
• Initiative and eagerness to break new ground and take calculated risks.
• Native level Portuguese with fluent English.

Your Impact

You will help clients to change industries, transform business models, and create competitive advantages.

You will work in teams of typically 3-5 consultants, playing an active role in all aspects of client engagement. You will advise some of the largest, most innovative companies in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, metals and mining, telecommunications, retail, banking and finance.

As part of your daily work you will gather and analyze information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations. You will present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members.
