McKinsey is seeking a skilled ML/AI engineer to help clients maximize the value of EcliptOS, the AI Operating System. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions and scalable outcomes across diverse industries.

You will collaborate with engineering, data science, and software professionals, applying GenAI concepts and best practices to solve complex client challenges while maintaining a strong client-focused mindset.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning or AI engineering
• Experience in client-facing roles is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of data engineering, data science, and GenAI concepts

You will help clients get the most value from EcliptOS, QuantumBlack Studio’s AI Operating System, a next-generation platform designed to connect strategy to execution through agentic systems. You will act as a technical partner to our clients, helping them achieve their desired outcomes, realize the full value of EcliptOS, and build long-term success with the platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and software engineer, to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive continuous improvement. You will sit at the intersection of client engagement and technical delivery, combining a client-focused mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed with EcliptOS.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning or AI engineering
• Experience working in client-facing roles is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of data engineering, data science, and GenAI concepts
• Experience with software development and deployment, preferably in Python
• Experience with deployment and infrastructure management, preferably in environments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Ability to address technical issues and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex challenges
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Proactive, client-focused mindset with the passion for delivering value
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese
