Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil seeks an experienced Software Architect to lead scalable, high-performance systems and drive architectural standards across business, data, application and infrastructure domains.

You will guide analysts and developers, perform load testing, validate designs, and help deliver reliable, resource-efficient software using Java, microservices, AWS and open‑source tools.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
Postgraduate degree in IT or related field preferred.
Experience with Java.
Experience with languages suitable for microservices.
Experience in cloud architecture and development.
Experience developing with open-source technologies.
Experience developing with relational and NoSQL databases.
Experience with AWS.
Python (Jython).
Groovy, Spring.
JMS.
Angular.
Web Services.
Sonar.
Jenkins.
JMeter.
DynamoDB, Elasticsearch.

Responsabilidades

Work in software architecture aimed at reducing resource consumption, promoting standardization, improving performance and scalability, and reducing development process risks.
Capacity and performance assessment.
Design, specify, and build highly scalable, reliable software solutions.
Define system and component architectures, creating technical designs to provide a multidisciplinary view (Business, Data, Application, and Infrastructure).
Identify software needs and requirements to define functional components with proper separation of concerns and reuse.
Recommend, develop, and deploy reliable, high-performance systems in a complex, multi-tiered, distributed environment.
Implement frameworks and their components, encoding architectural definitions to provide analysts and developers with a standardized layer that abstracts non-functional requirements.
Validate designs and applications produced by analysts and developers by reviewing source code to ensure adherence to architecture-defined standards.
Execute tests on framework and component implementations created by the architecture team, using technical knowledge from their development to identify and validate how analysts and developers will use the implementations, minimizing non-functional requirement testing by the quality team.
Perform load testing using advanced tools and technical expertise to ensure the defined architecture meets the system's required performance.
Analyze and design changes that affect frameworks or components defined by the architecture team, evaluating tasks to be executed to ensure adherence to architecture standards and correct operation and communication among system components.
Guide system analysts and developers, providing technical consultation on implementation approaches and application design to promote adoption of architecture-defined standards.
Provide technical leadership through full-stack development experience, implementing secure and reliable systems.
