Orange Business in São Paulo seeks a senior connectivity architect to lead strategic bid development, driving end-to-end architecture designs and coordinating with Marketing, Business Development, Engineering and Delivery teams to ensure technically excellent and commercially viable implementations.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, High-Level Designs, and alignment with Orange’s strategic value propositions, maintaining security and compliance throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Qualificações

• Advanced technical expertise in digital integration, connectivity, cloud, security and orchestration.
• Deep knowledge of next-generation network architectures (SD-WAN, SSE, cloud networking) and SASE vendors.
• Experience with service management ecosystems and API development to bridge telecom and enterprise IT environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead international bid processes from initiation to post-sale handover, providing consultancy and architectural guidance.
• Deliver high-quality High-Level Designs (HLDs) and co-develop service definitions for scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, Engineering and Delivery to ensure feasible and commercially viable implementations.
• Identify architectural risks and ensure solutions are secure by design and compliant.

About The Role

Lead strategic connectivity solution development by driving end-to-end bid processes, delivering scalable architecture designs, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure technically excellent and commercially viable implementations aligned with Orange’s strategic value propositions.

• Drive the international bid process from initiation to post-sale handover, providing early-stage consultancy, architectural guidance, and non-standard element costing.
• Deliver expert design support aligned with Strategic Value Propositions to enable scalable and reusable solution components enhancing presales autonomy.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure solutions are strategically positioned, fully implementable, and operable.
• Design solutions that optimize technical quality and commercial competitiveness, minimizing response times while adhering to compliance and Secure by Design standards.
• Identify, assess, and provision for architectural risks to support smooth transition from presales commitments to post-sales delivery.
• Produce high-quality High-Level Designs (HLDs), co-develop service definitions, and continuously enhance the repository of replicable solutions incorporating emerging features and delivery insights.
• Monitor technology trends in network connectivity and enterprise IT, recommending adoptions that advance business strategy.
• Influence and coordinate cross-functional activities with stakeholders across organizations without direct people management responsibilities.

About You

You bring advanced technical expertise in digital integration, connectivity, cloud, security, and orchestration, combined with deep knowledge of next-generation network architectures and SASE solutions from leading vendors. With over ten years of progressive experience in telecommunications or enterprise IT, you autonomously navigate complex environments, transforming challenges into opportunities. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, effectively communicating across cultures and levels, with a proven capacity to influence, negotiate, and deliver solution strategies that balance technical innovation with business objectives.

Your professional skills

• Possess advanced technical knowledge in digital integration, connectivity, cloud, security, and orchestration to design comprehensive solutions.
• Apply deep expertise in next-generation network architectures including SD-WAN, SSE, cloud networking, VNE, and cloud connectivity, leveraging leading SASE vendors such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, and VMware/VeloCloud.
• Maintain a strong understanding of service management ecosystems such as ServiceNow and observability platforms to enhance solution integration and monitoring.
• Utilize working knowledge of digital integration and API development to bridge telecommunications infrastructures with enterprise IT environments.
• Collaborate effectively across the value chain involving sales, product management, engineering, and operations to ensure aligned and feasible solutions.
