We’re growing communities across Meitu’s products, and we’re looking for someone who can bring people, content, and ideas together—and turn that energy into real user growth. As our Community Lead, you’ll help shape how our communities grow in Brazil and support our wider LATAM community efforts.

You’ll connect the dots across products, help Community Managers move toward shared goals, and stay close to the everyday details that make things happen. From spotting the next content trend to figuring out why a campaign worked, you’ll combine creativity with structure. What You’ll Do:

• Keep our content plans moving. Build and manage content calendars for Meitu products, coordinate campaigns, and track what resonates with our audiences;
• Turn community ideas into growth. Plan and run campaigns that bring in new users and give existing members more reasons to participate;
• Spot trends worth acting on. Stay close to community conversations and emerging content formats, and turn promising ideas into opportunities for product discovery and user growth;
• Help our Community Managers succeed. Guide and support them across products, keeping everyday activities aligned with shared goals, strategy, and priorities;
• Make the numbers useful. Keep tracking sheets organized, monitor community and campaign performance, and turn your findings into clear reports and practical next steps;
• Keep the conversation going. Coordinate communications across our LATAM social media accounts, making sure our messaging is consistent, timely, and relevant.

Who You Are:

• You have hands‑on experience in community management or related operations. You’ve kept communities active, turned plans into action, and learned what works along the way;
• You’re organized and reliable. Calendars, follow‑ups, and routine tasks get the same attention from you as a new campaign idea;
• Spreadsheets are familiar territory. You’re confident using Excel or Google Sheets to organize information, track results, and spot patterns;
• You can take an idea through to execution. You enjoy planning content and community activities, making them happen, and learning from the results;
• You’re a clear communicator who brings people together. You can coordinate across products, help others stay focused, and keep work moving;
• You know Brazil’s social media landscape and are curious about AI and content creation. You’re keen to explore new tools and understand what gets people excited to use them;
• You’re a native Portuguese speaker or have C1+ proficiency, and you can communicate comfortably in English or Chinese with our team in China;
• You’re a self‑starter who’s happy to roll up your sleeves. You can see the bigger picture while staying on top of the details.
