Qualificações

• 3+ years as an Event Manager.
• 1+ year as a Community Manager.
• Advanced level of English.
• Advanced level of English.
• Experience with Sales/Business Development.
• Past experience in the US is a plus.

Community Engagement Analyst at BairesDev

We are seeking a Community Engagement Analyst to support Client Solutions in local engagement activities and expansion based on our Representatives’ markets and industries. You’ll combine event management expertise with community engagement strategies to drive growth and strengthen relationships across diverse markets.

What You’ll Do:

• Audit and analyze results from events to measure impact and effectiveness.
• Update weekly reports and maintain control spreadsheets.
• Document best practices and identify new opportunities in community engagement.
• Build templates for repetitive activities to increase efficiency.

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years as an Event Manager.
