Meaningful Work From Day One

The Communications Coordinator will be a key strategic partner to the Jack Daniel’s Brand Managers, responsible for co‑developing and aligning our communication strategy across regions. This role is designed for a professional who can balance high‑level strategic planning with a “hands‑on” approach to execution. Will be instrumental in supporting the Brazil brand team by evolving internal processes, implementing robust communication plans, and driving a culture of rigorous results evaluation.

What You Can Expect

1. Campaign Development, Measurement and Optimization:

Media Strategy, Planning and Execution: Support the end‑to‑end media process, from sophisticated audience identification to strategic selection of media mix, ensuring alignment with brand KPIs. Detailed planning will be crucial to the campaign's overall success and to alignment with internal and external stakeholders.

Asset Optimization: Oversee the development of campaign assets that adhere to global brand guidelines while incorporating necessary local nuances.

Search and E‑Commerce: Implement technical SEO strategies and lead the optimization of e‑commerce brand stores, ensuring product imagery and information drive conversion.

Performance Analysis: Evaluations of campaign results to provide actionable insights for future optimization.

2. Efficiency and Ways of Working:

Briefing and Timeline Management: Ensure all project briefings and timelines are strictly aligned with the Annual Brand Plan strategies.

Agency Stewardship: Evaluate agency‑produced content to guarantee adherence to brand strategy, digital best practices, and global guidelines.

Global Asset Leverage: Manage the localization of content by sourcing assets from our Global Asset Management system (BAR+) and within Global Toolkits.

Test and Learn Framework: Maintain a robust testing plan across the portfolio to refine our understanding of which channels and content types drive the highest ROI.

What You Bring to the Table

Education: Undergraduate Degree / Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: Ideally, 5+ years working at a client and/ or agency side in media planning, marketing, BI (Business Intelligence), or Analytics.

Background in data and analytics, measuring, and analyzing campaign performance.

Evidence of project management experience within a marketing or communications environment.

Communication: Must have a strong verbal and written communication style to communicate with all levels of management.

Collaborative: This role will work with cross‑functional teams, external agencies in the market, and global partners. Collaboration and trust are key qualities to maximize the impact of this role.

Prioritization and Project Management: The ability to juggle multiple requests and effectively prioritize and plan work is key. The candidate must be flexible and able to “dive into” urgent requests when needed. The maturity to seek assistance and leverage external resources in conjunction with the line manager where needed is important.

Analytical Skills: This role will involve some working with data and analytics tools. Competence with spreadsheets, basic analytics, and the use of databases to analyze results.
