Job summary

Casa Hacker in Campinas, Brazil, seeks a Communications Assistant for a 45-day contract to support editorial planning and a strong social media presence. The role involves creating and posting content for Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok and other channels, monitoring channels, and assisting with events and outputs across Distrito Campo Grande.

You will produce photos and videos, write clearly for diverse audiences, and operate with autonomy while aligning activities with management.

Qualifications

• Experience with communications in social, cultural, community or territorial mobilisation projects.
• Practical experience with content production and management for social media.
• Ability to capture and produce photos and videos for digital channels and carry out in-person coverage.
• Good written communication and ability to adapt language for different audiences.
• Organisation and autonomy to carry out activities based on planning and priorities aligned with management.
• Availability for in-person activities in Campinas (SP), especially in Distrito Campo Grande, during the contract period.

Responsibilities

• Organise and execute the project's editorial calendar, in alignment with management.
• Produce and publish content for Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok and other channels used by the project.
• Support the promotion of the Training Journey, public notice schedule, activities, results and opportunities.
• Monitor digital channels and provide initial responses to incoming messages.
• Produce photos, videos and other content for social media, also carrying out in-person coverage of activities.
• Support communication and mobilisation actions within the territory of Distrito Campo Grande.
• Keep records, calendars, files and produced materials organised.
• Track basic metrics of the actions carried out and support the recording of project deliverables.
• At the end of the contract, organise the materials and information necessary for the transition.

In the Quebrada em Movimento project, we are looking for a Communications Assistant to continue communications activities during a temporary contract.

• Hybrid model, with remote work and in‑person activities in Campinas (SP), especially in Distrito Campo Grande.
• Applications until 31 October 2026.
