Drops de Cor is seeking a Commercial & Operations Assistant to join our Porto Alegre team. You will support customer service in Portuguese and English, manage orders, and assist with inventory and shipping tasks to ensure smooth ecommerce operations.

You will work hands-on across operations and customer experience, collaborating with teams to identify sales opportunities and improve processes. A strong eye for detail and proactive communication are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and hands-on.
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Experience with e-commerce or retail operations is a plus.
• Comfortable working with orders, inventory, and operational details.
• Interest in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or creative industries.

Responsabilidades

What you’ll do

On the commercial & customer experience side:

• Assist customers in Portuguese and English via WhatsApp, email, and digital channels;
• Manage and follow up on orders, exchanges, returns, and cancellations;
• Identify salesopportunities and support our e-commerce operation;
• Build relationships with customers in Brazil and abroad.

On the operations side:

• Receive, inspect, assemble, label, and prepare products and kits;
• Support quality control, inventory counts, and stock organization;
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders;
• Support purchasing routines and administrative follow-ups;
• Prepare and organize documentation for international shipments.
