Job summary

Ausenco in Belo Horizonte is seeking an Intermediate Commercial Engineer to join the Minerals and Metals team. You will analyze technical, commercial and contractual docs for bids, coordinate proposals, and support pricing strategies and mitigation of risks.

The role involves collaboration with engineering, procurement, planning and contracts, with opportunities to contribute to business development and strategic positioning. Hybrid work supported with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in commercial engineering, proposals, estimating, project development or business development roles.
• Experience supporting or coordinating technical and commercial proposals.
• Understanding of cost analysis, pricing, risk assessment and contractual concepts.
• Exposure to mining, industrial or engineering projects is advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proposals comply with technical, commercial, financial and governance requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of proposal, estimating and commercial processes.

About The Role
