Ausenco Brazil, Belo Horizonte, is seeking an Intermediate Commercial Engineer to join our Minerals and Metals team. The role analyzes technical, commercial and contractual documents for bidding opportunities and coordinates proposal development, including pricing strategies.

You will evaluate costs, risks and resources to back competitive outcomes, lead proposal defenses, and collaborate with engineering, procurement, planning and contracts to drive strategic positioning and growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in commercial engineering, proposals, estimating, project development or business development roles.
• Experience supporting or coordinating technical and commercial proposals.
• Understanding of cost analysis, pricing, risk assessment and contractual concepts.
• Exposure to mining, industrial or engineering projects would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver presentations and proposal defenses to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, consulting, procurement, planning and contracts.
• Support business development initiatives by identifying market opportunities and contributing to strategic positioning.
• Ensure proposals comply with technical, commercial, financial and governance requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of proposal, estimating and commercial processes.

About the role:
