Ausenco in Brazil is seeking an Intern to join the Minerals and Metals team in Belo Horizonte. You will analyze tender documents, assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals, and support risk assessments across interdisciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates are engineering students with advanced English and strong communication skills, capable of thriving in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment and contributing to project execution and governance compliance.

Qualificações

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic, multidisciplinary and results-oriented environments.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzing tender-related technical, commercial, and contractual documents.
• Assisting in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
• Supporting risk assessments—technical, commercial, and operational.
• Participating in internal meetings.
• Collaborating with consulting, engineering, procurement, planning, contracts, and other teams.
• Supporting compliance of proposals with technical, commercial, financial, and governance requirements.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of estimating, proposal development, and commercial management processes.

About the role:

• Analyzing technical, commercial, and contractual documents related to tender processes and business opportunities;
• Assisting in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals;
• Supporting commercial, contractual, and operational risk assessments;
• Participating in internal meetings;
• Collaborating with consulting, engineering, procurement, planning, contracts, and other teams involved in project execution;
• Supporting compliance of proposals with technical, commercial, financial, and corporate governance requirements;
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of estimating, proposal development, and commercial management processes.

About you:
