Support for Mission Critical is a team within Microsoft that provides solution-specific expertise designed to drive peak health and optimum performance of a customer’s most important solutions. As a key technical resource for the customer, you will be primarily focused on delivering proactive services such as education workshops, assessments, and tailored guidance. Troubleshooting skills are essential as this role includes working with Microsoft Support to expedite incident resolution.

This role offers flexibility to work up to 50% from home.

Responsibilities

• Customer Centricity: Gather insights, map solutions to business outcomes, act as the voice of the customer, develop relationships with stakeholders, deliver technical guidance, and support customer skilling to ensure readiness.
• Business Impact: Identify and resolve issues, optimize performance, drive customer relationships, and support growth opportunities through technical expertise and strategic insights.
• Technical Leadership: Develop technical skills, mentor colleagues, share insights, and contribute to IP development and best practices.

Qualifications

Minimum: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4+ years in cloud/infrastructure technologies, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of Azure IaaS experience, knowledge of Azure services, and certification in Microsoft Cloud. Business fluency in English and Spanish.

Preferred: 8+ years of experience in related fields, experience in customer-facing roles, and fluency in Portuguese.
