RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd is seeking a Production Technician / Senior Production Technician to perform assembly, testing, and production activities. The role operates in a cleanroom environment and offers a 12-month contract with potential conversion to permanent.

Location is Woodlands with a monthly salary up to $3,500 plus shift allowances and a completion bonus. We welcome candidates who can read technical drawings and electrical schematics, lift up to 23 kg, and start immediately or on short

Qualifications

• Experience in production technician roles or manufacturing/assembly.
• Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Capable of lifting up to 23 kg and climbing ladders.
• Willing to work Monday–Friday fixed shifts.
• Immediate start or short notice.

Production Technician / Senior Production Technician | Up to $3,500 + Shift Allowance + Bonus

Location: Woodlands
Salary: $2,000 – $3,500/month (Based on experience)
1-Month Completion Bonus
Shuttle Bus Provided
12-Month Contract (Convertible to Permanent)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, testing, and production activities according to work instructions
• Read and interpret technical drawings, mechanical diagrams, and electrical schematics
• Ensure products meet quality and safety standards
• Operate within a cleanroom manufacturing environment
• Perform troubleshooting and support production improvements
• Follow safety procedures and maintain production documentation

Requirements

• Experience as a Production Technician or in a manufacturing/assembly environment
• Able to read technical drawings and electrical schematics
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks to lift up to 23kg and perform tasks such as kneeling and climbing ladders
• Normal colour vision for handling electrical components safely
• Able to commit to Monday–Friday fixed shifts
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice

Available Shifts

• Afternoon Shift: 3.30pm – 12.30am
  • Additional $15 shift allowance per day
• Night Shift: 11.30pm – 8.30am
  • Additional $25 shift allowance per day

Only Afternoon & Night Shift positions are currently available.
