Role in the company:

Act as a Data Scientist for clients, developing AI and Machine Learning models. This includes applying statistical techniques, data modeling, and programming skills to solve complex problems, build prediction and recommendation algorithms, and work with LLMs in GenAI.

Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in Python, Pandas, Plotly, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow.
• Skills in preprocessing, feature engineering, and time series analysis.
• Contributing to the TDSP methodology and leading meetings.
• Mentoring junior members and contributing during the Deployment phase.
• Conducting independent analyses, defining scopes, and interacting with clients.
• Technical documentation, presentations, and resource estimation participation.
• Data collection and preprocessing from diverse sources.
• Experience with Big Data tools like Apache Spark.
• Advanced statistical analysis, regressions, and PCA.
• Independent modeling with emphasis on sophisticated models and deep learning.
• Rigorous model evaluation, regularization, and ensemble techniques.
• Effective communication of complex insights using advanced visualization tools.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms, pipeline optimization, and scaling ML solutions.

Requirements:

• Competence in Generative AI projects.
• Experience in Azure cloud environment.
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level.
• Proficiency in Python with focus on functional and OOP programming.
• Advanced experience with Pandas, Plotly, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with TDSP methodology.
• Ability to lead Business Understanding meetings and present results.
• Mentoring skills and contribution during deployment.
• Independent analysis, scope definition, and client interaction.
• Technical documentation and resource estimation.
• Data collection and preprocessing skills.
• Big Data experience with Apache Spark.
• Skills in classification and regression problem modeling.
• Model evaluation, regularization, and ensemble techniques.
