ONEVC is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to architect the company’s operational backbone during its critical growth phase. The role requires building from scratch, scaling operations, and instilling efficiency across the organization in São Paulo, Brazil.

As a senior executive, you will lead with conviction, automate processes where feasible, and directly shape organizational design as the company moves through Series B. This is an on-site opportunity with no remote option.

Qualificações

• Fluent English
• Proven experience growing operations from the ground up
• Track record of hyper-scaled ops leadership
• On-site work required (no remote option)
• Senior executive background (C-level or executive director)

Responsabilidades

• Structure organizational design and build the foundation.
