Sphise Technologies is hiring a Finance Manager to join a mid-sized company operating at scale. This hands-on FP&A role requires ownership of financial analyses and end-to-end reporting. You will develop 3-statement models, ROI and scenario analyses, and lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Prepare monthly/quarterly reviews with clear financial storytelling and variance analysis. Big Four or Fortune 500 experience, advanced Excel, and executive presentations are highly valued,

Qualificações

• 4+ years of progressive Finance/FP&A experience.
• Big Four and/or Fortune 500 exposure is preferred.
• Experience in mid-sized companies is advantageous.
• Strong 3-statement financial modeling skills.
• Advanced Excel skills with heavy modeling work.
• Experience creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations (IBM Cognos/TM1, Tableau a plus; PE experience preferred).
• Experience building dashboards and data models across multiple sources.

Sphise Technologies is a global outsourcing and talent solutions company, partnering with high-growth businesses to build strong, high-impact teams across finance, technology, and operations. We are currently looking to hire a Finance Manager to join a mid-sized company operating at scale.

About the Role

This is a hands-on finance role with a strong FP&A focus in a flat organization. The position requires a strong individual contributor who is comfortable owning financial analyses and reporting activities end to end.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, highly analytical, and action-driven, with the ability to support business decisions through clear and actionable financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain 3-statement financial models, with a strong understanding of how they flow together
• Develop financial models and analyses from scratch, including ROI analysis and scenario modeling
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial review decks, clearly explaining business performance using financial storytelling, variance analysis, and waterfall analyses
• Partner with finance leadership and business stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve revenue, margins, costs, and overall P&L performance
• Support PE-related reporting and ad-hoc financial analyses
• Help establish and improve FP&A best-practice processes in an evolving environment

Required Experience & Skills

• 4+ years of progressive Finance / FP&A experience, with hands-on experience in financial planning, modeling, forecasting, and analysis
• Experience within a Big Four firm and/or Fortune 500 company
• Experience in mid-sized companies is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of 3-statement financial modeling
• Advanced Excel skills (heavy modeling role; keyboard-driven workflows preferred)
• Experience creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations with clear financial narratives (IBM Cognos / TM1 experience is a plus, Tableau experience is a plus, but Private Equity experience is highly preferred)
• Experience creating and maintaining dashboards, cleaning and validating data, and building data models across multiple data sources. Ability to support cross-database integrations and deliver actionable financial and business insights.
