Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end HR operations across: Timekeeping and upstream payroll-related processes, Time off and leave management, Employment compliance processes (e.g. I-9 workflows), Employee helpdesk support.
• Deliver high-quality operations with strong attention to accuracy, timeliness, and employee experience.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and risks; proactively propose and implement improvements.
• Partner cross-functionally with other stakeholders to support operational excellence.
• Drive and support automation, and AI-driven initiatives, including process optimization and workflow redesign, and exploration of AI tools in daily operations.
• Analyze operational data, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Build and maintain clear documentation to enable standardization and scalability.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Operations, Data, or a related field
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment and manage time-sensitive deliverables
• Strong sense of ownership and a service-oriented mindset for employee-facing support
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to continuously learn
• Effective Portuguese and English written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualification(s)

• Prior experience in HR operations, shared services, timekeeping, or a related operational function
• Familiarity with employment compliance processes and handling of sensitive/confidential data
• Experience with HRIS/HR platforms and helpdesk/ticketing systems
