This role, reporting to the Category Lead, will be responsible for managing the Portfolio & Pipeline to ensure patient treatment and prevention at the right time and place. This includes developing brand strategies, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to tailor tactics for the market, and identifying opportunities to accelerate treatment access for patients. The Lead will manage the brand marketing team and ensure all activities comply with company policies, SOPs, values, and global guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing plans and strategies.
- Drive voice of customer insights.
- Segment audiences across markets to optimize messaging and GTM plans.
- Collaborate with CMO and CMAO organizations to deliver breakthrough campaigns, promotional efforts, and science communication.
- Develop innovative, integrated digital omni-channel strategies to enhance customer experience.
- Create tactics to communicate brand messages effectively across interconnected provider journeys.
- Shape and lead the development of agile, modular content using available tools.
- Identify content gaps and test new content to improve engagement.
- Embed analytics capabilities and adjust engagement strategies based on insights.
- Leverage best practices for HCP engagement and omnichannel marketing.
- Provide customer insights feedback to internal teams for solution development.
- Use real-time customer behavior data to refine segmentation and marketing execution.
- Drive brand strategy and interactions along the customer journey.
- Ensure SEO is integrated into marketing tactics to maximize channel visibility.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with vaccines across digital channels.
- Proven ability to engage external stakeholders for vaccines.
- Agility in responding to external marketplace changes.
- Skill in creating modular content and working with Legal/Regulatory teams.
- Ability to rapidly test content and channel mix based on customer behavior.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and analytics.
- Customer-obsessed mindset with active listening skills.
- Ability to tailor messaging for different generations.
- Leadership skills to foster Pfizer’s culture, attract talent, and motivate teams.
