This role is based in Brazil and reports into our Commercial Latin America function.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure success of implementation project plans, coordinating customer stakeholders to complete all phases on time and within budget while delivering an excellent customer experience. Plan and oversee subsequent phases of clinical cases at new Versius installations.
  • Provide case support and troubleshooting in the Operating Room for trained surgical teams. Act as the primary contact for technical and support issues, ensuring swift communication. Record and track feedback and complaints for post-market surveillance and product improvement. Implement corrective actions as needed and provide ongoing guidance to maximize Versius utilization.
  • Monitor the success of the robotic program through Versius Service Delivery Reviews, sharing insights with stakeholders and addressing corrective and preventative actions.
  • Conduct Versius training for customers, guiding new surgical teams through their initial learning curve to foster a mature, sustainable, and cost-efficient service relationship.
  • Support internal planning and forecasting, producing and sharing system utilization reports, and creating documentation to support implementation activities.
  • Contribute to the creation of documentation and collateral to aid the implementation team.

As a rapidly evolving company, roles may change. Flexibility and willingness to support the team within the implementation remit are essential.

About you

To succeed, you should have:

  • Experience in Operating Room process management or hospital staff education/training
  • Business acumen suitable for an executive healthcare environment
  • Proven ability in customer and peer training, especially with advanced clinical technology
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration
  • Self-discipline and persistence for autonomous work
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build long-term relationships
  • Business and analytical skills to assess profitability and scenarios

You must be fluent in Portuguese, with excellent English skills, and willing to travel 90% of the time.

Additional helpful qualifications include:

  • Life science or clinical/medical degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Minimal Access Surgery, Navigation, or Robotics
