Google is seeking a senior marketing professional to lead multi-channel demand generation programs for global and local markets. You will shape product marketing strategy, drive campaigns for enterprise and developer audiences, and partner with sales, legal, product, and partner teams to scale impact.
You will manage end-to-end programs including paid media, events, email, and lifecycle marketing, measuring KPIs and optimizing performance with a data-driven approach.

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
In this role, you will be driving high-impact demand programs while collaborating with global and local colleagues at all levels of the organization. You will build consistent, scalable, and optimized programs with enterprise accounts. This is a direct position. You will be willing to “take initiative” and get things done with the utmost attention to detail. Strong communication skills and collaboration with many different stakeholders, including marketing and sales leadership, as well as external agencies and partners, is required.
You will apply a structured approach to measure and evaluate program effectiveness, define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), and build scalable processes and solutions for program growth. Programs include paid media (display, asset syndication), social media, email, events, roundtables, outbound via the sales organization, etc.
