Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, economics or related field.
• MBA is a plus but not required.
• 1–3 years in consulting, project management or fast-paced ops.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end project planning: scope, timeline, milestones, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate work streams across Tech, Product and Marketplace Operations.
• Build and maintain executive-ready reporting (dashboards, status decks, steering updates).
• Identify interdependencies, bottlenecks and risks and drive resolution.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders from analysts to C-suite.
• Translate objectives into actionable workplans and track KPIs; support change management.

The opportunity:

We're looking for a driven Project Manager to lead complex, high-stakes transformation initiatives from planning through execution. You'll work at the intersection of strategy and operations, coordinating cross-functional teams across Tech, Product and Marketplace Operations to deliver measurable results on tight timelines. This is a role for someone who thrives on ambiguity, enjoys bringing order to complexity, and wants direct exposure to senior leadership from day one.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end project planning: scope, timeline, milestones, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication
• Coordinate work streams across multiple business functions, ensuring alignment and accountability
• Build and maintain executive-ready reporting (dashboards, status decks, steering committee updates)
• Identify interdependencies, bottlenecks, and risks before they become problems - and drive resolution
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders at all levels, from analysts to C-suite
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable workplans and track progress against KPIs
• Support change management efforts to ensure new processes and structures stick

Who you are:

• 1-3 years of experience in consulting, project management, or a fast-paced operational role
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities under pressure
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with data to track progress and flag risks
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority across global teams.
• A bias toward action: you don't wait for perfect information to move projects forward
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field (MBA or equivalent a plus, not required)
• Familiarity with API-based products and technology platforms is a plus.
