BairesDev is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our fully remote team. You will gather and document requirements, map processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements for clients and internal systems.

You will translate business needs into functional specifications, create process maps and user stories, and support testing and rollout of new solutions while ensuring clear documentation and strong English communication.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or related field.
• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
• Knowledge of business process modeling and mapping.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Ability to understand and document complex business processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Advanced level of English.
