About the Role

As a Business Analyst at TD SYNNEX, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business needs, drive technology solutions, and optimize operational systems. You will lead efforts to elicit, analyze, and document user requirements, translating them into functional specifications for development teams. Your work will directly support impactful decisions, enhance systems, and strengthen our organizational efficiency.

This is a role for individuals passionate about bridging business and technology to drive inclusive, scalable solutions.

What You'll Do:
  • Partner with project managers and stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and user needs.

  • Identify and understand diverse user classes and their unique requirements.

  • Gather insights through interviews, surveys, workshops, and data analysis.

  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical requirements.

  • Lead or support design sessions, develop interface prototypes, and support system design.

  • Analyze, validate, and document requirements, ensuring consistency and feasibility.

  • Develop visual tools such as diagrams, charts, and process flows to clarify complex systems.

  • Support and lead user testing efforts; coordinate with QA and Training teams.

  • Recommend solutions based on ROI, cost-benefit, and system efficiency analyses.

  • Monitor and report on requirement lifecycle status; communicate changes clearly.

  • Support knowledge sharing by mentoring junior team members and facilitating system orientation.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related areas.

  • Effective communication skills in English and Portuguese are required. Spanish language skills are highly desirable and will support broader collaboration in the LATAM region

  • Experience supporting software/system development and implementation projects.

  • Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to create inclusive, user-friendly documentation and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

  • Proficiency in SQL (MySQL, Vertica preferred), Power BI, and data analysis tools.

  • Knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project).

  • Basic familiarity with scripting languages and operating systems is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams and adapt to culturally varied environments.

  • A customer-centric mindset and strong commitment to collaboration, integrity, and innovation.
