In Finance, Legal & Global Solutions, colleagues safeguard the business, provide corporate infrastructure and help create value so Novo can deliver on its purpose. As Business Finance Manager, you will be the finance partner for the Brazil Affiliate, working with local and regional leadership.
Your closest partners will be colleagues in Commercial, Supply Chain, Pricing and Data Insights. You will bring financial expertise and constructive challenge to their assumptions, so decisions are grounded in the same view of the numbers. You will also work with GBS and Graduate colleagues who support your analyses and reporting.

The role gives you broad exposure to the Brazil Affiliate's commercial and supply chain decisions and to senior stakeholders, so you can build new skills and grow through hands‑on experience. You will be trusted to work independently and own your priorities, with clear performance expectations and colleagues who give and receive honest feedback.
