Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)

Position Summary:

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at High Ticket Teams, you will be a key driver in supporting our Vice Presidents of Sales by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities. Your primary focus will be calling warm leads and cold calling prospects across a variety of industries, including home services, real estate, financial services, insurance, and software technology, among others. You will set appointments for High Ticket Teams clients to discuss a variety of service offerings.

This role is perfect for individuals motivated by performance-based compensation, eager to grow in a sales-focused environment, and excited about the potential for advancement into higher sales roles with increased earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Make 100+ calls per day to warm and cold leads to set appointments for Senior Executive Partners.
  2. Follow up on marketing-generated leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
  3. Qualify leads and determine their potential for commission-based sales opportunities.
  4. Schedule meetings between prospects and Senior Executive Partners.
  5. Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and appointment data.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and outreach strategies.

Requirements:

  1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  2. Self-motivated, high-energy individual with a positive attitude.
  3. Ability to manage time efficiently and work from a home-based office.
  4. Experience in cold calling or a willingness to learn.
  5. Comfortable with making high volumes of calls daily.
  6. Desire to grow within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
