They are on a mission to bring clean, effective beauty to a wider audience and are looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify and engage new distributor partners.

They are on a mission to bring clean, effective beauty to a wider audience and are looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify and engage new distributor partners.

Location and Time:

Fully Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Role Overview

As a BDR, you will lead outbound outreach efforts targeting international and domestic distributors. You’ll use LinkedIn and email to craft personalized messages, engage decision-makers, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. This is a top-of-funnel role critical to global expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research distributor prospects across regions
  • Create and send tailored outreach messages via LinkedIn and email
  • Qualify leads and book discovery calls with our Partnerships Team
  • Manage and update CRM pipeline consistently

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • 1+ years in B2B sales or outreach roles
  • Strong writing skills and attention to personalization
  • CRM proficiency
  • Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and organized

What Success Looks Like

  • A strong, growing pipeline of qualified distributor leads
  • Effective outreach campaigns with above-average response rates
  • Seamless handoff of warm leads to the Partnerships team
