Business Development Manager (Food Additives)

1. Food additives/ingredients working experience (must-have).

2. Bachelor degree with 2+ years in BD or sales/marketing.

3. Strong communication or negotiation skills.

4. English speaking and local language required.

5. Reliable, self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Descriptions:

  1. Customer Development: Seek out customer product and program opportunities for food additives and ingredients, including potential customer lists; expand new customers, visit customers regularly, establish relationships, conduct business negotiations, and support sales targets.
  2. Market Research: Responsible for local market research, investigating industry trends, channels, competitors, and relevant information.
  3. Evaluate New Markets and Products: Develop viable strategies for new products and opportunities.
  4. Other Local Services: Support sales activities such as customer visits, exhibitions, overseas assignments, and follow-up on payments.
