Excent Capital Ltd is a regulated investment broker with offices in London, Seychelles, Mexico, and São Paulo, with expansion plans worldwide. We provide our clients with an investment platform for the international financial market. Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for:

Business Development Manager

Job Description

The primary role will be to identify and convert financial advisors into Introducing Brokers (Partners), promoting our platform for international investment diversification.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic alliances and maintain productive relationships with financial advisors.
  • Utilize prospecting strategies via LinkedIn, follow-up calls, virtual and in-person meetings, and, when necessary, international meetings.
  • Provide continuous support and training to enhance partners’ capabilities.
  • Manage relationship data through the CRM system PipeDrive.
  • Monitor and optimize partner performance.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development and commercial relationship management.
  • Sales and commercial experience.
  • Experience in prospecting via LinkedIn.
  • Experience with initial calls and establishing new business relationships.
  • Self-motivation.
  • Strong desire to generate revenue.

Work Location

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
