A leading brokerage firm in São Paulo is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, particularly within the Forex or CFD sectors, and be proficient in Spanish or Portuguese. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work remotely while expanding the company's portfolio of partners and clients.

Position Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, your role will focus on identifying new leads for expansion and developing innovative strategies to grow the business by recognizing opportunities and addressing needs within the CFD industry. You will be responsible for expanding and managing a portfolio of Introducing Brokers and Partners, while maintaining strong, ongoing relationships to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identifying new leads for expansion and developing new ways to grow businesses through identifying needs within the FX industry.
  • Business development and expansion of our portfolio of Introducing Brokers and Partners.
  • Maintain contact with clients/partners to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain your own portfolio of clients.
  • Actively follow up on queries and provide feedback to clients in a timely manner.
  • To achieve and exceed monthly targets.

Experience Qualifications:

  • A diploma or degree in any field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in B2B or B2C Sales or Account Management, particularly within Forex or CFD, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Spanish OR Portuguese
  • Access to personal devices suitable for a fully remote role will be required.
